Scratch uses colourful blocks that snap together like Lego. Over 3 days, your child goes from the very basics to finishing two real games.
Meet Scratch and the basic blocks: move, turn, say, wait and sounds. Then create an animated story with characters, a plot and a scene of their own.
Make a game where the hero runs, jumps across platforms and collects coins. Learn movement and “if” conditions by playing and fixing as they go.
Build a falling-durian catching game with score and surprises. Then play it, improve it and show it off to family and friends.
Three projects in three days. Every child’s version will look a little different.
